How to Address an Animal

When we see an adorable, furry creature, our hearts melt. We pet them and tell them how much we adore them. In some cases, an affected person may even produce baby talk. Today, we'll be listing a few ways that animals might be addressed.

  1. Puppy (even if said creature is ten years old)
  2. Kitten (again, age is irrelevant here)
  3. Tiny furry cuteness
  4. Lap warmer
  5. Furball
  6. Smelly (dogs don't care what you call them, or if you comment that their breath could fell a rhinoceros)
  7. Teddy (they're just so cuddly)
  8. Sweetness
  9. Mouse (only applies to tiny dogs)
  10. Vicious killer attack dog (because tiny mouse-dogs think they're dire wolves)
  11. Trouble-maker (young animals never go tearing around knocking stuff over, or chew/claw up everything they can find)
  12. Bottomless pit (we all know greedy animals who always want more to eat)
  13. Picky (or animals that sometimes turn up their nose at food)
  14. Anvil (ever try to convince a three-ton dog to move when they're taking up the entire bed, or have them plunk themselves down right on your foot?)
